i love ordering when i get great deals or offers and customer care services is all good i had an issue so they solved it and did the needful. I hope they stay the same. The Customer care service, delivery service, offers everything is best than any other app. Only one thing I'm disappointed right now is When the delivery is late even for half an hour the app still shows it's on time that's cheating

There was a time when Zomato service was on par. But now any and every issue is directed to a bot. Even if the food is worst there is no resolution from their side. There is a list of such issues but now zomato has achieved their name and money so customer concern is none of their business. With every order placed its becoming bad To worse. Hope some good delivery app comes our way and I may get rid of this app for good.

I've been using Zomato for a long time and it was my preferred go to app for food delivery but recently they have disabled the option to chat with customer support agent and for any order related issue I have to drop an email for which the only response is, can't verify the claim with restaurant. Multiple times the order was missing and I never got any response even in case of damaged items it's the same response even after sharing all necessary images and videos.

Recent experience with zomato has been very bad... The support team doesn't provide any solutions...... The order doesn't reach on time and worst is there solution team... No solution given at all.. the customer suffers , loss of hard earned money... No refund / coupon to compensate the time and money lost...also the prices are generally higher on items than swiggy when ordering... I have been a regular user but recent experiences have made me rethink of using the app

missing items. although it seems more of a problem with Zomato. they do this repeatedly in case of unable items. where they ask you to choose a replacement due to the unavailability of an item but send you only the replaced item and not the rest. Then they charge you for delivery despite being a gold member
