The UI is horrible and glitchy. the font is white almost everywhere and with the white background we can't see what the drop/pick up locations are, bus details, etc. it's frustrating AF. Please fix it

My husband Jisso booked bus ticket on 19 dec 23. The bus was late and INR 184 WAS not refunded as he hoped on to different bus. Then they call him up for a detailed investigation for 184 rs. The feedback form which Jimmy sends is useless. Don't let them dupe you for your money. Try to opt for a different app. Don't believe in there customer service or refund policy.

What a waste, I paid money and wait for my bus but there are few problems that u have to look after bus timing is not fix sometime coming earlier sometime late and the way of bus driver talking is very bad, ok i agree sometime it happen but atleast tracking on bus in app should be updated on time to time... Very poor if possible return my money I didn't even got fare and my money waste

Good and easy app to use but the issue is the GST and convience fees are added at the payment stage. If possible plz change your strategy to lure people showing less price.

I faced few times failed to complete the booking and payment due to the apps suddenly backward the page. No function to continue to make payment for the seats selected before and need to choose new seat to complete the booking. Previous version can escalate issue thru apps, the support can help me on the spot and settle the issue then i can choose back the seat i selected before. Now all is machine f&q, no way to report the apps technical issues. This apps become not friendly.
