Literally fed up of this app. I made a replace request (As I ordered for a black dress and received blue one) which was unavailable, so they suggested me to return and reorder. I got the money back in my wallet but can't reorder from it. Now I want those money in my account . But cant contact mirraw, they do not pick up the call. Also fed up of reordering my order for more than 27 times.

I had to order same types twice in order to receive it, but I don't know what happened with my first order for same items, but I was charged and I didn't receive refund or items. Otherwise everything is fine. I have mirraw app. I haven't add items to my cart. It shows that I have added items. When I try to delete or cancel it doesn't allow me to delete or cancel. The app doesn't have remove item.

This is the worst online shopping app that i have ever come across. I placed an order on the 3 Oct, 2019. The item was not as per my size, so i asked for a replacement. The Mirraw team informed me that replacement is not an option, which is totally understandable. I opted for a refund on 15 Oct. After many discussions and email sharing, finally on 6th Nov, they agreed to initiate my refund. Today they said there was some technical glitch because of which they are unable to initiate my refund.
