Extremely smooth and very easy to use. App comparable or arguably much better than Sony in quality of earbud, as well as app platform. I got the liberty 4 model. At first I didn't like the idea of having to squeeze the earbud but it does allow you to avoid things like a warm piece of clothing touching it or your arm. Accidentally hitting it too many times in a row and hanging up on somebody or skipping the song and not being able to go back to the song. I'm impressed and happy with the price.

App is good. Mixed feelings on headphones. I'm on my third model of Soundcore headphones. I have been pleased overall with the different headphones and cases. I just got the Liberty 4 and I must say I am disappointed with the transparency mode. It needs to have a volume increase option as I found it almost useless unless the music volume is very low. Not what I hoping for.

The headphones are comfortable. They actually stay in my ears really well. Sound was okay on default setting without downloading the app. The app is easy to navigate, you can customize the controls for vol + - 》《▪︎ etc. Change between a list of preset equalizer modes. Only thing i dont like is the app doesn't have a customizable equalizer setting for users to play around with

Won't consistently connect to phone. I love the headphones but I'm finding it incredibly irritating that unlike every other earbud I've had when I open the case it's unpredictable whether they are going to connect to my phone or not. Sometimes I just have to leave the app open for a minute while it figures out whether it's connected, other times I have to go back into my Bluetooth settings and re-enable the Bluetooth and sometimes it's in the reverse order it's just an incredible annoyance.

So after updating the earbuds for once , nothing changes, and it has been a long time until today and still no new update, it's kinda sad , because it's feels like you buy something for 2 weeks and then it becomes outdated and they stop updating it, I'm not going to add more stars until they start doing things about it

Good app. Does most things well but can still be improved. One thing I found bothersome was the "volume +/-" functionality when assigned to the 'tap and hold control". I was disappointed to find that holding doesn't increase or decrease the volume consistently in one go. Having to tap and hold just to increase/decrease the volume by one is really inconvenient. My previous earbuds could do this and it made life easier. Small QOL change that could make this app perfect for me.
