When I first got the watch(9/14/23) it was great, not that hard to set up, but now that the app has an updated version: 10.2.23 it seems like its no longer compatible with the actual watch, the watches version is 00.09.01.00 . My watch can't connect to the app, I've tried uninstalling the app reinstalling it, disconnecting the Bluetooth, and nothing works, and it sucks because i loved having the data from the watch stored on the app, and loved the female cycle tracker too.

While I can get the polar H band watch to connect to my android phone via Bluetooth, this app refuses to "see" that the connection is present. And the "help" information doesnt work to correct the issue.

Update: I've been using this pretty well for a while. I like that it lets me be a little bit away from my phone and know when I get calls or messages. 4 stars because it keeps turning off my messages so I don't get those notifications and I can't change the dial face all of a sudden. Pretty good little app for the watch i was gifted. I world just love if the female settings would keep historical info saved.

The app is functionally terrible, the "English" version isn't really in English, and it autostarts and runs in the background continuously. When you close it manually, it restarts within a minute. The device is fine for a low cost health tracker for a kid, but the app raises many red flags, and I recommend you find any other way to manage the watch. I'm uninstalling and will have to download it whenever my child need the time to be fixed (which is about once a month).

I have no idea what has gone wrong with this app. It's either the app is badly updated or the developers do not know what to do. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and as restarted the watch and it's still the same thing. I cannot change the Dial face to another one, it keeps saying transmission failed, restart Bluetooth. I am tired. It wasn't like this when i bought the watch brand new last year. It is frustrating!

This App requires more options and more in-depth with options. Requires more Functions to be installed through an updated version this would Increase the use and need for the software. I know everyone would Love an Update with More Functions,Features and Options.!! Definitely otherwise this app is quite Basic right now.
