UPDATE: After the last big update, all of the previous issues has been fixed and I have now updated my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Original: Eurosport reintroduced the blue screen of death. I have to reload a stream 10-20 times before the blue screen goes away and the stream begins. This is horrible.

Ouch! New app (Oct 2019) drops Chrome casting all the time. Design is pretty but navigation is almost impossible ()please hire new UX/UI people). Needs to start watching program on phone before being able to enable casting (and then that stream stops after a few minutes). While the older design wasn't pretty, I would definitely prefer that, and the stability of casting, to this version. If no fixes are showing soon, I'll probably drop my subscription.

Sort this app out, it's problematic, has been for years, you continually respond with the same generic reply, leaving the user to outline the issues, contact our support team etc, utter nonsense, you know the issues, sort them out, the app is skipping and repeating the feed every 30~40 seconds, making it impossible to watch, however it never occurs during the adverts( I wonder why) I'm a paid subscriber, so stop fudging and resolve my issue and all the others that are so evidently present!

I've been logged out and can no longer log in, despite having an active subscription. I keep being directed to the Discovery+ website and told to subscribe to them. I have contacted customer services who blame the version of the Discovery+ app I'm using!! I've given up and cancelled my subscription. I'm able to watch on a browser bit the experience isn't the same.

You can stream on it, but it buffers A LOT, which is a real pain. It's not really fit for purpose - have no idea why it's so poor compared to SkyGo. You can mirror from your phone to an external TV, which is it's redeeming feature UPDATE 02/2020 : Trying to resubscribe for cycling event. Taken payment but wont alliw access. If you click help, it puts you into a loop so you cannot contact anyone. Totally rubbish!!

I had to side load 8.9.1 version to my android 10 tv because all of sudden devs decided to remove full screen option. All other devices I tried (ps4, tablet ecc) had flaws that made it unusable. No other streaming service has such an amateurish app and support service. Customer support answer yo any issue is always device-is-unsupported, even for last generation android tablets which are in fact listed as supported. Even local tv super low budget streaming app can work properly but not this.
